Let me share a not-so-secret secret with you...
Movement can help wake you up and give you an energy boost!
By consciously adding movement into your morning routine, you are creating space for energy, focus, and clarity. So you may or may not need a second cup of coffee!
I created this 10-minute yoga sequence to help you wake up in the morning. You'll be bringing awareness to your breath, creating space, and waking up the body.
Click through the slideshow to see the poses, and remember to be present and breathe as your practice.
Then repeat this sequence on your other side to feel even and centered.
Some morning intentions that you could set:
- Be open to all possibilities that today brings
- Remain present
- Show myself kindness
- Feel free
- Smile from my heart
- Ease and grace
